What Are Pebble Circles?

Pebble Circles are our signature group learning experience - designed to fit into the flow of work while building meaningful habits of connection, reflection, and growth.

​

Through small-group, peer-driven learning, Pebble Circles help leaders build trust, strengthen collaboration, and grow leadership habits that stick. Each Circle brings together a group of leaders - within a team or across your organization - to explore real leadership challenges in community.

​

Unlike traditional workshops, Pebble Circles unfold over time. Participants engage in self-directed learning, weekly discussions, and real-time application. They share stories, reflect on key ideas, and try out new approaches between sessions.

Over time, leadership becomes something practiced, not performed.
It becomes part of how you show up - every day.

Why Circles Work:

How Circles Work:

Flexible Format

Most Circles run for 8–10 weeks, with ~2 hours of time commitment per week

  • 1 hour of self-paced, curated content
     

  • 1 hour Circle conversation (alternating between peer-facilitated and expert-led)
