Shaping Remarkable Teams for Leaders and Teams

This program is for operational leaders, balancing the work deliverables and the needs of their team.

Leaders carry a heavy burden when it comes to leading a team in a complex world. It can be incredibly time-consuming to balance the unique needs of each team member, manage the priorities of your organization, and deliver your own objectives, all while trying to dedicate the time and energy to your health and life outside of work!

Instead of giving you a toolkit to solve these challenges (because, let's face it, there is no playbook!), we help leaders navigate the complexities of leading and shaping their teams by bringing them together with other leaders through a learning experience called Leader Circles. 

We don't believe leadership should be carried out alone. And, we believe learning should be a habit that is engaging, continuous, and connected. The circles experience is a flexible, 8 week, group-based approach to learning. Circles turn leadership development into a regular, weekly ritual of learning and connection. 

Our Fall Leader Circle will focus on Shaping Remarkable Teams. 

Join as an individual (and get matched with other leaders facing similar challenges), or join with your team (up to 5 people per cohort). Each week you will receive curated content to read/listen/watch in preparation for a 1hr weekly conversation with your cohort. Your conversations are self-facilitated with the support of a thoughtful discussion guide, built to grow trust and connection within your group. You will also have the chance to connect with Pebble facilitators and other cohorts throughout the program to extend your learning.

• 1 hour each week of innovative leadership content (to review at your pace)
• 1 hour each week of cohort meetings (scheduled at a time that fits your schedule)
• 3 hours of larger group learning (spread across the 8 weeks)
• Walk away with deeper connections with other leaders or your team, and practical activities to bring back to your team
