Pebble Leader Circles

Ready to unleash your leadership human-powers?  

We merge the wisdom of seasoned leaders, the depth of cutting-edge leadership research, the personalized approach of coaching, and the science of embodied learning to bring you a unique development experience.  

The circle learning experience is a flexible, group-based approach to learning, this time with a unique experiential twist! You will experience a total of 30 hours of learning through a mix of facilitated, group learning, and learning at your own pace. We'll help you intentionally integrate 3 to 5 hours of energizing learning in your week, for 8 weeks, so you walk away with a renewed view of leadership and work.

You will be grouped with a small cohort of leaders to exchange wisdom, experiment with new leadership activities, learn the newest thinking on leadership, and, our favourite part, participate in novel experiences that offer a glimpse into alternative ways of leading. These in-person experience field trips will expose you to ecosystems that thrive with alternative mindsets. What do bees have to do with managing complex organizations? How do horses lead beyond words? Experiences have been designed to surprise and delight!

You will walk away with:

• awareness and reshaping of your leadership beliefs and mindsets

What you can expect:

• 1 hour each week of innovative leadership content (to review at your pace)
• 1 hour each week of cohort-facilitated meetings (scheduled at a time that fits your schedule)
• 1 to 3 hours each week of facilitated labs or learning experience field trips (see the schedule below)
• Walk away with deeper connections with other leaders and practical activities to bring back to your team

Dates: Starting May 6, 2024 until June 25, 2024

• You will meet weekly with your cohort for one hour at a time determined by you

• Friday May 17, 11am-12pm (virtual lab *optional*)
• Thursday May 23, 1-4pm (experience field trip)
• Friday May 31, 11am-12pm (virtual lab *optional*)
• Thursday, June 6, 1-4pm (experience field trip)
• Friday June 14, 11am-12pm (virtual lab *optional*)
• Wednesday, June 19 @1-4pm (experience field trip)
• Tuesday, June 25 @ 3pm (wrap up party in person)
